Depending on the complexity of your final product video, we'll determine the amount of editing days we need to allocate for your project.  Factors such as length of the video, amount of footage to cull through, graphics, and subtitling all contribute to the editing days needed.  Our rate for an 8 hour editing day is $600/day.

Coordinating video projects always requires some pre-work, including scheduling, set design/setup, meetings, storyboarding and/or script development.  Pre-production charges range from $200 for projects that require minimum planning, such as live events, and can be as much as $800 for projects that require more front-end work, such as set design, site visits, planning meetings, etc.  

If you are using the Philippe Studio Pro midtown Sacramento studio, we do not charge additional, but if you wanted another space with a different vibe, we may need to rent the space.  Your project may require you to hire models/talent, have props, etc.  Schedule a meeting with us, and we can help you think through what those additional costs may be and if you'd like us to include it in a quote or if you would like to take care of them yourself.

Additionally, we do charge for travel costs if your project is outside the greater Sacramento area.  Depending on location, we can give you an exact quote.
