Sacramento Headshot Photographer for Professionals and Teams

You decide how many finished images you would like to purchase. At the end of your session, we’ll review the photographs together and help you narrow them down through several rounds of selection. Individual studio sessions are $95, plus $100 for each professionally retouched image you select. This gives you control over both the final images and the total cost.

After booking, you’ll receive a style guide to help you prepare. Bring several outfits that fit your profession, personality and intended use for the photographs. You are also welcome to email photos of your clothing options before the session if you would like personalized guidance.

Most individual headshot sessions take approximately one hour, followed by about 20 minutes to review and select your favorite images. We reserve two hours on the calendar so the experience never feels rushed, but there is no strict session length. If you need a quicker appointment, let us know, we can often complete the photography and image selection in less time.

Yes. We can photograph your entire staff together or create smaller group photographs by department or team. One group photograph is typically included with an on-site team headshot session at no additional charge. Additional groupings are billed at the same rate as an additional individual image.

Yes. We can match your company’s existing lighting, background, composition, crop and file specifications to maintain a consistent look as your team grows. Send us an example of your current headshots or your company’s photography guidelines, and we’ll plan the session accordingly.

We can create a flexible plan for hybrid, remote or frequently traveling teams. We may begin with an on-site session for available employees and then provide a private scheduling link so remaining team members can visit our Midtown Sacramento studio. We’ll use consistent lighting, backgrounds and cropping so the completed headshots work together.

Absolutely. If you would like a more natural or environmental look, we can take photographs outdoors near our Midtown Sacramento studio or meet at a location such as the California State Capitol. Outdoor portraits can also be combined with a studio headshot session to give you a greater variety of images. Philippe typically delivers at least one finished image during the session. Sessions with multiple selections or extensive retouching requests may take up to three business days.

Our studio is located in Midtown Sacramento near J and 25th Streets. Individual sessions are available at the studio, and we provide on-site team and event headshots throughout the greater Sacramento area.
