Sacramento Conference, Meeting and Event Photography + Videography

We were privileged to document the CAPCR (Center for African Peace & Conflict Resolution) Conference held at Sacramento State University from April 24–26, capturing three impactful days of sessions, awards, cultural exhibitions, and traditional African dancing. During the conference, peace awards were presented to individuals engaged in African peacekeeping efforts, honoring their dedication and service. The event featured rich cultural elements, including vibrant drumming, a moving off-site reception, and dynamic traditional dance performances. Our coverage included both photography and full-length videography of presentations, plus a polished highlight reel, ensuring the spirit and impact of the conference were beautifully and comprehensively captured.

We were honored to serve as photographers at the 2025 Joint Annual Meeting of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS), the Association of Genetic Technologists (AGT), and the Society of American Federal Medical Laboratory Scientists (SAFMLS), held June 8–12 at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento, California. This dynamic gathering—branded “JAM 2025”—united professionals across clinical, molecular, and federal laboratory science disciplines for peer-reviewed education, poster sessions, an awards ceremony, and an exhibition hall showcasing over 30 industry partners. It was a privilege to capture the energy of the ASCLS House of Delegates, AGT’s business and anniversary events, SAFMLS meetings, and the evening Welcome Reception, all set against the vibrant backdrop of downtown Sacramento.

Nov. 14-16 2024

We had the honor of providing photography and videography coverage for the 2024 Genocide Conference held at Sacramento State University from November 14–16. This powerful multi-day event featured impactful presentations, including participation from representatives of the Embassy of Rwanda to the United States. In addition to capturing formal sessions, we provided live streaming for remote attendees, same-day edits of highlight videos for immediate social media release, and an overall event highlight video delivered shortly after the conference. The closing day included a formal reception, bringing together participants for reflection and connection. Our team also recorded full-length coverage of all presentations, ensuring this important gathering was preserved and shared with broader audiences.

We had the pleasure of capturing a full day of advocacy work with UNIDOS US, beginning with a dynamic morning panel discussion. From there, we followed the group as they conducted impactful legislative visits at the California State Capitol. The day wrapped with an evening reception, where attendees connected and reflected on their efforts. It was a productive and inspiring day, and we were honored to document each moment.

We had the honor of filming NAMI California’s “Café and Conversation” event focused on supporting mental health in Latino communities during times of political and immigration-related change. Our team captured the full-length presentation, conducted interviews with key attendees, and created a short recap video. The event highlighted the importance of recognizing signs of distress, practicing self-care, and building resilience through shared stories and community connection.
