This time of year at PSP it’s engagement session season. It’s the combination of nice weather, and all the engagements that occurred over the holiday season and valentines. And we couldn’t be happier to connect with all the beautiful couples getting married later this year, or in 2022! For many couples, engagement sessions are also the first step to creating their save the date invitations. We love seeing the way our images are used to create lovely cards, giving guests a first glimpse into the look and feel of a wedding day. But where to print? There are so many stationery options out there!

Not sure about you, but we value customizability when selecting our invitations and stationery. This is why we love Basic Invite. They truly offer the ability to personalize save the date card invitations. The template options for save the date invitations at Basic Invite are almost endless. There are hundreds of choices and many feature those epic engagement photos front and center.

Speaking from experience, there is nothing more frustrating than invitation templates that don’t accommodate all of the elements we want. Either in terms of picture orientation (portrait vs. landscape), color scheme, or look and feel of the text used. But that’s not a concern with Basic Invite because they have a wide variety of templates with tons of picture placement options. That includes ones with no picture at all and others that offer multiple pictures on one invitation. When you can’t choose the picture you like the best, save the date invitations that allow for two or more pictures are a life-saver!

When it comes to colors, Basic Invite thrives with 180 colors in their palette. Invites can be formatted with custom colors to match a wedding theme or blend with pictures perfectly. Along with customizable text font and placement, this makes their invites customizable down to the last detail. It’s so awesome when it all comes together seamlessly like that! Not sure if the invite will be exactly what you were hoping for? Basic Invite allows you to order a custom sample so you can ensure the invite is just what you imagined.
